PIC Development is the development and construction arm of the Poston Investment Collective (PIC) LLC, a collective of socially conscious investors specializing in finding value-added real estate investments primarily for accredited investors. We acquire distressed properties, redevelop those properties, then sell for net profit or hold long-term for investor cash flow.

Jeffrey Poston

Founder & CEO

Jeffrey is Founder and CEO of Poston Investment Collective (PIC) LLC, PIC Development, and the PIC Charitable Foundation. He is a former PMP, the prestigious Project Management Professional certification, and manages a team of socially conscious fundraising professionals, investors, and project managers to guide company goals and investments. He is a former Air Force officer, Laser Optics Engineer, and is an accomplished novelist with multiple historical westerns and adventure thrillers to his name. He is also a board member of two local nonprofits.

Mohammad "Mo" Hossain

Executive Vice President

Mo has over 20 years of project management experience leading high-level DOD Operations, Test, and System Engineering teams. Early in his career, he tested and deployed Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, RQ-4s and MQ-9s to both Afghanistan and Iraq. He was then selected for Education with Industry for the National Institute of Aerospace.

As the director of operations, Mo guided a 50-person test and integration team operating almost $1B ground and space-based satellite systems. He served as Test Director for multiple major defense programs, including a $400M program evaluating the performance of unmanned aircrafts and associated ground control stations.

He received his Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from University of California, Irvine and Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Sacramento. Mo manages major projects for PIC Development, including The Gathering, a $14MM 72-unit apartment new construction project.

Roger Austin

VP of Marketing

Roger is a licensed California real estate broker with over two decades of experience as a Los Angeles top producer. He began his prolific career at the high-end Sotheby’s International in Beverly Hills, and has owned several real estate companies specializing in real estate sales as well as residential and commercial development. He spearheaded residential and multi-family real estate projects in several states. Roger oversees PIC Development funding initiatives with lenders and family offices.

Nick Chokshi

VP of Investor Relations

Nick has over 14 years of Program Management and Supply Chain experience at one of the world’s most preeminent Aerospace and Defense Companies. He has a demonstrated history of negotiating complex solutions for the sale, development and sustainment of a variety of Aerospace, Defense and Industrial products and services for domestic and foreign organizations.

Nick’s passion, however, is and always will be investing! He brings with him to PIC Development the same analytical, data driven, and detail-oriented approach he uses in his Aerospace work. Nick got his start in real estate when he met a leading predeveloped real estate expert and developer. After a period of intense mentorship and training, Nick became highly adept in the land development lifecycle, from acquisition to entitlements to ultimately negotiating a sale for his clients, and spent years educating investors and helping them acquire LA County based commercial and industrial properties in the direct path of development. After acquiring a portfolio of prime properties for himself, Nick is now primarily focused on multifamily syndications and short-term rehabs to address current market needs.

Nick was born and raised in Southern California, and serves as a board member for a Long Beach based Disability Awareness Association and as an Ambassador for Elevate, a Partnership of UC San Diego, Cal State Fullerton, UC Riverside, and Spectrum Knowledge. In his free time, Nick enjoys traveling, playing golf, eating spicy food, and an occasional Netflix inspired binge-watch.

Teona Ducre

Executive Assistant

Teona is the executive assistant to the CEO. She is also an innovative nonprofit leader and project manager with five years of experience in fundraising and development, volunteer recruitment, social media management, large scale events, and strategic planning and communication with the ability to develop and maintain key community partnerships and creatively manage resources.

She is the former Executive Director and spokesperson for Destroy Pancreatic Cancer Foundation of Atlanta. In addition, she volunteers with the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network as the Atlanta Co-Affiliate Chair and serves as a passionate ambassador for pancreatic cancer awareness.

She is currently a graduate student at The George Washington, Milken School of Public Health with a focus on health promotion and marketing.

Ken Walker

Director of Technology

Ken is responsible for our websites, marketing funnels and newsletters.

He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science.

He is FEMA certified and an avid HAM operator (KO4QMN) volunteering with ARRL & FEMA to provide emergency communications in disaster situations. He moved his family to Ensenada, Mexico for a year, as a full-time volunteer, building and remodeling apartments in an orphanage, as well as maintaining their water filtration equipment.

Ken is a talented voiceover artist, copywriter and online educator.  He brings with him experience in multiple online platforms and marketing strategies to build out, develop and market PIC internet properties.
